Our raw material is ADC10 aluminum ingot, this material advantage is High density and good toughness , it turns into aluminum water at 580 degrees high temperature. It is cooled and formed in a precise mold, after the goods come out from the machine ,our technicians will cut it out , polish the surface ,make the products smooth .We can have a look , this is our products . it have clear lines and strong three-dimensional sense. The machine works 24 hours every day .we can produce more than 50000 pcs for one day . ensure delivery order on time .
Our Automatic Tube Making Line. We can produce plain rod ,twisted rod and some other different design rod .we can make mold by ourself . The advantages of our Tube Making Line is strong continuity, high efficiency, low cost, no pollution, no noise, water circulation cooling, no waste gas, we can make 0.4mm to 0.8mm thickness rod in 6m long . the machine can produce 100 meter per one min . 15 ton rod for one day . Through the high-frequency automatic induction welding technology, the welds of the poles are very smooth. Welded firmly ,The rod can carry about 15kg -30kg .

HOW TO INSTALL CURTAIN ROD ?
1.install and fix the ring ,put it in the rod .
2. Check the length ,mark the installation position of the curtain rod, use a punching machine to make holes,
3. Put the curtain rod bracket install in the wall first.
4. After all of this , put the rod in the bracket .then finished .
5. Put the hook with the ring .then curtain can use .
